SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
|
Standard Postage on orders within Australia are $15.00 per parcel, including tracking and insurance. For $2.95 more, you can opt for a signature on delivery.

DELIVERY TIME
|
Australia Post delivers within 7 days after receipt of tracking advice. If you have not received your item/s within 7 business days of receipt of tracking advice please email us with your full name and order details, and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases, this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.
We can deliver to all businesses, residential and PO Boxes*. * If you request to have your package left (without signature) please be aware that this is at your own risk. We do not replace missing parcels if there has been a signature opt-out and will provide the tracking number for you to follow up with Australia Post. |

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
|
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post. If you are not home at the time of delivery, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post for pick up.
